How Do I Coach?
I offer semimonthly 60-minute fitness coaching sessions in Denver, Boulder, and nationwide via Skype. During these sessions we will discuss your situation, define clear goals, and set forth a fitness routine that will help you reach those goals.
What are the obstacles that have held you back? What are the simple fitness tips that can help you achieve your fitness goals? Once we’ve established a fitness plan, we’ll move on to the actual fieldwork that will put it into effect.
Fieldwork is what you do between each fitness coaching session so that you are continually making progress towards the life you want. And I don’t mean some crazy “get-thin-quick” scheme that will leave you emaciated so you’ll add the weight back on again—plus some—in the months to follow. I mean implementing simple fitness tips that will create a healthy lifestyle of proper nutrition and exercise that you can integrate into your day-to-day life. For most of my clients, that means training on your own—but if you live in the Boulder, Denver area, I can assist you in person and offer access to my gym and facilities.
What Are My Fitness Coaching Qualifications?
I personally live a healthy lifestyle with regular workouts and a great diet, but I haven’t always lived this way. Things looked much different before I started working on making health and fitness a regular part of my life: I was 20 pounds heavier—pathetically out of shape and not as mentally acute as I am today.
