Our Life Change Challenge Sessions

I offer semimonthly 60-minute conversation-based sessions in Boulder, Denver, and nationwide via Skype. In these power-packed sessions, we identify your roadblocks, set goals, and create an action plan that moves you toward a life that is both fulfilling and rewarding. Through these coaching conversations, we hone in on what you are really about, identify who you need to become as well as what you want to accomplish, and why you are where you are now rather than where you want to be. Although needed life changes are often easy to identify, they are not always simple to make. The power of habit can either be an anchor holding us back or a springboard shooting us forward; it’s all a matter of practice and perspective. The right challenge coach will guide you through the process of making the life changes that matter most.

Our conversations together will help you understand where you are, help you reflect on why you are here, and bring you to a new awareness of who you are and who you want to become. But my life change coaching isn’t just talk. Between our meetings I will assign you what I call “fieldwork.” This is where you tackle the challenges that force you to leave your comfort zone and practice the new habits that will lead to the life changes you are after. This can mean honing in on mental and physical health or exploring your career goals or helping improve the quality of your relationships.
