I offer my challenge-4-change coaching program in my three coaching spaces, and additionally as 60-minutes phone and as online sessions, if you should be running short on time to travel. My background enables me to support you successfully. I started as an author and TV adventurer years ago with publications on challenge self-experiments I faced myself. My books are entitled ‘How to Travel the World for Free’, ‘Trade Up around the World’, ‘2000 Miles on a Kick Scooter in 80 Days’, and Fifty US States in Fifty Days. These books and TV shows enabled me to appear on the Tonight Show and on the Today Show. They also taught me lessons on overcoming my shyness and fear by leaving my comfort zone, on successful relationship building, and on improving my inner relationship to become a better partner, and becoming more secure to be my own matchmaker for myself. Feel free to check out my TEDx talk on overcoming fear. Additionally, I got certified as a coach by the ILCT coaching institute, and by other institutions to work as a certified dating coach and relationship coach in Denver, CO, Boulder, and Fort Collins.

Coaching Program in Detail
I created the challenge-4-change coaching program for individuals and couples based upon my own experiences of the past. The mentioned adventure challenges on traveling the world for free, trading an apple to a house, kick scooting 2000 miles and 80 days and many others have required strategy plans to achieve my goals. In “How to Travel the World for Free” (PBS, Tonight Show), I mainly had to focus on strategies to become more self-confident and raise the ability to constantly embrace change and build relationships. In ‘Trade Up Around the World’, I mainly had to improve my goal setting, and the ability to leave my comfort zone, overcome shyness, and become a team builder.
Other projects helped me in other aspects of personal and professional development skills. Ten years and almost 90 traveled countries later, I sat down and reflected on what I had learned by taking on these adventure challenges. I developed to the Challenge-4-Change Coaching program, also entitled the MWCC program, please view here. This program has proven success with more than 200 clients. I supported clients with this program as their personal dating coach & relationship coach in Boulder, Fort Collins, and Denver. Feel free to have a look at the review section to read more on clients who had successful changes in their personal and love lives.
What Kind of Issues Do You Work on?
I’ve had all sort of clients from several countries so far. Most clients reach out to me to improve their personal love life. Quiet often a person reaches out to me, who has obstacles holding himself or herself back from a satisfying life like shyness, low self-esteem, lack of physical or mental fitness, or a lack on setting boundaries to others. Other clients have reached out to me because they experience jealousy, conflict, or anger in relationships. About a third of my clients rather want to improve their marriage situation. They often ask themselves, is the current marriage what I want, or do I rather want to be single rather than moving on in an unsatisfying situation?
I also often help them in solving conflicts with their partner, or learning how to set boundaries to find a better balance in their relationship. Part of my coaching work happens directly with couples as an easy way to improve their situations. Private clients can get 60-minutes sessions with me as dating coach and relationship coach in Denver, Fort Collins, and Boulder, CO. My coaching spaces are centrally located and easy to reach. Additionally, I offer phone and online coaching for those who cannot make it to Boulder, Fort Collins, or Denver, CO to my offices. My clients usually have decent success in achieving their desired goals and in embracing changes after six sessions, if they’re willing to work hard and do their homework.
How Does the Coaching Program Look Like?
The Challenge-4-Change coaching program is based on a time frame of three months with a high success rate on embracing change in the lives of my clients. A follow-up program can be booked though if wanted. These three months contain six 60-minutes sessions, usually one session every two weeks. Cancellations or the wish to postpone sessions have to be done days in advance. You have the opportunity to e-mail to me twice a week for questions related to your goals and homework. You may wonder if we’re at school, me talking here about homework, right? But no worries. After each session, you usually set yourself a challenge that is related to your goals.
Alternatively, I’d give you a challenge to leave your comfort zone and to come closer to your goals. These challenges do always relate to your current situation. Let’s say you’re in my coaching program because you like to overcome shyness. A typical challenge would be getting out in public and trying to talk to a person of the other sex to overcome shyness, and to become your own matchmaker. For shy people this can cause anxiety in the first place. But by following my program you learn how to strategically accept the fear and anxiety to be able to overcome these obstacles. Here comes in the next pillar of the challenge-4-change program. In such a situation, you may additionally be invited to call me for motivational advice. On top of these services, you’d receive scientific articles and studies on your subject about once a month. Here the summary of the five pillars of my challenge-4-change success program served as your certified dating and relationship coach in Boulder, Fort Collins, and Denver, CO:
1. Six 60-minutes sessions within three months
2. Challenge homework in between sessions
3. E-mail correspondence in between sessions
