In our live virtual leadership training courses, speaker Michael Wigge works with employees and young managers through his seven modules of successful leadership, motivation, and change management. The blended learning concept “Becoming a LEADER” combines full day seminars or alternatively three times three-hour online leadership seminars with an individual coaching session to provide the most intensive training effect possible.

About the Leadership Training Speaker Michael Wigge
Michael was born in Germany in 1976 and worked as an adventure reporter for German TV networks from 2002 to 2016. His docu-series “How to Travel the World for Free” was nominated several times for awards in Germany. His book of the same title had a great success in the US with invitations to the Today Show and Tonight Show together with Katy Perry. The TV series of the same name aired on ZDFneo in Germany and PBS television nationwide in the US.
Michael has won various awards for different challenge projects, such as the ZDF VJ Newcomer Award. Since 2013 Michael lives in the US state of Colorado and works as a trainer, speaker and coach both in the US and in Germany. He gives his online formats for German clients from his home office in the USA.

Michael’s best known keynotes are “LEADER Success” and “The Challenger Mindset”, which he delivers to companies in German and English.
