How many employees may participate in an online training?
We usually suggest keeping the number at 30 to enable every participant to interact and be engaged in our online training. Some clients have requested larger groups of up to 100. These groups work as well but don’t offer as many opportunities for individuals to interact.
What do we need to set up in terms of technology for our employees?
We usually work with Webex. Each online training participant receives a link via email. This invites staff to the webinar. A good internet connection and an enabled audio/video function will do the rest.
How effective is employee online training compared to an on-site training
Online training courses are usually shorter than a full day on-site seminar. Information is usually more compressed but still gives everyone the same learning opportunity. The major advantage is the opportunity for your organization to save time and money. Online training programs usually save up to 50% of the costs.
