Workshops for the Workforce with Michael Wigge in 2024/2025

Our (online-) motivational training for employees, “Motivation 4.0,” supports your team through seven modules of successful motivation, resilience, and change management.  Michael works with you through tools and methods to increase participants’ motivation. The different aspects of self- and team motivation refer to encouraging the workforce to go successfully through crises and develop team motivation.

This training includes various elements of inspiration, such as goal setting and future planning. We’ve seen incredible results in how goal-oriented employees usually have a very high level of motivation, even in challenging times. Appreciation, stress management, structure, willingness to change, resilience, positive beliefs, self-organization, teamwork, and work-life balance are other aspects that influence motivation to a great extent.

The training is available in different formats:

  • Full day online and onsite
  • Half day online and onsite
  • Two days online and onsite
  • 3 times four-hour online with an individual coaching session for each participant.

We’re trying to achieve the most intensive training effect possible with an individual design of our (online-) training for your employees.
